Weight loss Injections

We have Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injections available and offer a monthly membership.  Membership includes weekly oversight, nutrition, education, weekly check-in and monitoring.

Initial visit required.  â€‹

Semaglutide $250 -300 a month - dependent on dose (includes 4 injections a month)

Tirzepatide $550 - 600 a month - dependent on dose (includes 4 injections a month)​

Cancellation - No-Show - Late policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This will allow other guests to schedule appointments during that time slot. If you cancel without a 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service charges will be applied. In the case of a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service charges.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and you will be charged 50% of the visit fee.
