Our Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Lisa Merck, APRN, was trained by the renowned expert Dr. Larry Kass, MD who is on the board of the IPS (International Peeling Society).

Lisa performs the specialized Deep Hetter Croton Oil Peel, ensuring you receive the highest level of care.

Recovery times vary by peel; superficial peels typically require minimal downtime, medium peels may involve a few days of peeling, while deep peels necessitate a longer recovery, often up to two weeks. Before a deep peel, special skin preparation and a thorough consultation are essential, along with pre and post-care guidelines to optimize results and protect your skin.

Mild Peels

We offer 3 different peels: the gentle SkinMedica Illuminize Peel, the Obagi Blue Peel, or the Multi Acid Face Peel. These peels will give your skin a quick radiance boost, improve glow, and evenness. Best for first-time peelers or minor skin imperfections. Minimal to no visible peeling. There is no significant downtime with this peel, aside from a yellowish tinge to the skin for two to three hours post application and mild redness that may persist for the duration of the peeling process, which is typically very mild. This is great, 3-5 days before a special event to brighten your skin.

Medium Depth Peels

We offer three different peels: The SkinMedica Peel (Vitalize) is a popular, moderate peel that targets stubborn imperfections, including fine lines, acne scarring, and sun damage. Best for moderate skin imperfections, and suitable for most skin types. Mild to moderate peeling that generally lasts 2-3 days. The Perfect Derma Peel, which contains Phenol, salicylic acid, Kojic acid, TCA (triacetic acid), Vitamin C, retinol acid, and Glutathione, is a TCA (triacetic acid) peel between 15-30%. These typically require 3-6 days of recovery time. These treatments are designed to enhance your skin's brightness, whiteness, and firmness. They can be repeated every 4-8 weeks. The Perfect Derma Peel is suitable for all skin types and ethnicities. .

Deep Peel with The Hetter-Croton Oil "The Gold Standard"

This peel is the Gold Standard of Deep Chemical peels, "The Hetter Peel" with Phenol and Croton Oil. This peel requires an initial consultation (consult price applied to the peel cost), pre- and post-peel care, a history, pictures, and a call-in for all medications needed pre- and post-recovery. Expect about a 10 Day recovery. The Hetters Peel is an excellent peel for weathered, leathered, sun-damaged skin; age/dark spots; etched-in wrinkles; smoker's lines (or barcode lines); cheek wrinkles; and more. We offer a full-face treatment or can focus on specific areas, such as lip lines (barcode lines, Smoker's Lines), cheek wrinkles, eyelids, under eyes, and more. Results are dramatic and take about 10 -15 years off your look. We offer full-face peels or targeted Hetter Croton Oil Peels. We can discuss all treatment options during the initial consultation of your skin care journey.
