Our concierge clinic care includes wellness visits, annual exams, peptides, and rapid point-of-care testing and telemedicine visits. 

 

Our hormone therapy is customized to each client. 

We offer pellets, pills, patches, rings, creams and injections in addition to your choice of Testosterone, Estrogen, and Progesterone to fit your needs after full evaluation and lab review.​

 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses available onsite for clinic appointment or by telemedicine.

Concierge clinic care offers a personalized approach to healthcare, blending convenience with services. Patients enjoy enhanced access to our nurse practitioners and nurses, often with same-day appointments and extended consultation times.  and same day prescriptions and referrals.  This model focuses on a proactive health management strategy, ensuring that individual needs are prioritized. Experience a higher standard of care where your health and well-being are the top priority.  Visits include rapid point of care testing, wellness, sick visits, medications and refills.  Referrals for Specialty referral for mammogram, colonoscopy, dermatology, and more.

You may request a receipt to bill your insurance or use your FSA or HSA account

Insurance will pay for most labs, depending on your plan.

Insurance will likely cover your prescription; however, it does not cover pellet insertion.

Cancellation - No-Show - Late policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This will allow other guests to schedule appointments during that time slot. If you cancel without a 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service charges will be applied. In the case of a no-show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service charges.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and you will be charged 50% of the visit fee.
